Kiwi Kiwi Community Guidelines

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

Kiwi Kiwi is for adults who want to browse intentionally, express interest respectfully, and build real connections. These guidelines apply to your profile, photos, messages, tokens, reports, support interactions, purchases, and any other use of Kiwi Kiwi.

1. Core expectations

Use Kiwi Kiwi in a way that is:

  • Adult-only.
  • Honest.
  • Respectful.
  • Consent-based.
  • Safe.
  • Lawful.
  • Personal, not commercial.

If your behavior puts members, staff, the service, or the public at risk, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, preserve evidence, or take other action.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 to use Kiwi Kiwi. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Do not use Kiwi Kiwi to contact, depict, exploit, sexualize, or solicit minors.

Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, age-play involving minors, requests for underage content, and attempts to move minors off platform are prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement or child-safety organizations.

3. Be yourself

Your profile should represent you honestly.

Do not:

  • Impersonate another person.
  • Use someone else’s photos without permission.
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, intentions, relationship status, location, work, education, or affiliation in a way that deceives others.
  • Create fake, duplicate, shared, bot, or ban-evasion accounts.
  • Use Kiwi Kiwi for catfishing, social engineering, blackmail, extortion, or scams.

Photo Verification, if you choose to use it, is a profile-level trust feature. It is not legal identity verification, age verification, background screening, or a guarantee that someone is safe.

4. Respect boundaries and consent

Consent matters in every interaction.

Do not:

  • Pressure someone to respond, match, meet, send photos, share contact information, move off Kiwi Kiwi, or engage sexually.
  • Send sexual messages, images, audio, or requests through available features after someone has declined or has not consented.
  • Use threats, guilt, insults, manipulation, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Harass someone for rejecting, revoking, blocking, reporting, or unmatching.
  • Try to evade a block or report by using another account or another channel.

Respect “no,” silence, unmatch, pass, block, and lack of response.

5. Public profile content

Public profile content should be appropriate for a dating profile that may be shown to other adults browsing Kiwi Kiwi.

Do not post public profile content that includes:

  • Nudity, explicit sexual acts, or close-up sexual imagery.
  • Non-consensual intimate images.
  • Graphic violence, gore, threats, or instructions for harm.
  • Hate symbols or dehumanizing content.
  • Another person’s private information.
  • Photos of minors in unsafe, exploitative, sexualized, or ambiguous adult-dating contexts.
  • Promotions, ads, handles, payment links, or solicitations that turn the profile into a commercial listing.

Photos should be clear enough to support authentic dating use. We may remove photos that are misleading, unsafe, impersonating, low-quality in a way that harms trust, or inconsistent with these guidelines.

6. Private match conversations

Private match conversations can be more personal, but they are not exempt from these guidelines. Consent, legality, and safety still apply.

Do not use chat or other available communication features to send abuse, threats, hate, scams, spam, malware, non-consensual sexual content, illegal offers, or prohibited content. Content may be reviewed or moderated when reported or when systems flag safety issues.

7. No harassment, hate, or violence

We do not allow:

  • Bullying, ridicule, targeted humiliation, stalking, threats, or intimidation.
  • Slurs, dehumanizing language, or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, body type, veteran status, immigration status, or other protected/personal characteristics.
  • Encouragement, praise, or threats of violence.
  • Content from or support for terrorist, violent extremist, or organized hate groups.
  • Graphic violence or gore unless clearly necessary for a safety report.

8. No scams, money requests, or commercial solicitation

Kiwi Kiwi is for personal dating, not financial solicitation or commercial activity.

Do not:

  • Ask for money, gifts, loans, investments, crypto, gift cards, bank details, payment app transfers, emergency funds, travel funds, or business opportunities.
  • Promote paid companionship, sex work, escorting, sugar arrangements, compensated dating, subscriptions, adult content sales, or external monetization.
  • Sell goods or services.
  • Recruit for jobs, multi-level marketing, political campaigns, surveys, research, cults, clubs, communities, or off-platform groups without permission.
  • Use profile fields, photos, messages, tokens, or reports to advertise.

9. No illegal or regulated goods and services

Do not use Kiwi Kiwi to buy, sell, trade, request, or promote illegal or restricted goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fraud services, fake IDs, sexual services, or other regulated activity.

10. Protect privacy

Do not share or solicit private information in ways that put people at risk. This includes home addresses, workplaces, schools, phone numbers, emails, government IDs, financial information, account credentials, medical information, intimate images, or location details without consent.

Do not use Kiwi Kiwi to dox, track, surveil, expose, or shame someone.

Block Contacts is for your private Search-avoidance preference. It is not a tool to identify whether someone has a Kiwi Kiwi account.

11. No platform abuse

Do not:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or index profiles, photos, messages, or member data.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, unauthorized access methods, or bulk account creation.
  • Reverse engineer or bypass security, rate limits, media access controls, moderation systems, or purchase systems.
  • Use Kiwi Kiwi member content or data to train, test, evaluate, or improve AI models or datasets without written permission.
  • Manipulate tokens, purchase flows, refunds, chargebacks, device registrations, location settings, verification, reports, or search results.
  • Interfere with other members’ ability to use Kiwi Kiwi.

12. Reports, blocks, and safety controls

Use reports honestly and specifically. False, retaliatory, abusive, or spam reports may lead to account action.

If you feel unsafe or see serious or policy-violating behavior, report it in the app when possible. Reporting is not a substitute for contacting emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Blocking, reporting, and unmatching tools help you control contact and visibility in Kiwi Kiwi. Known-user reports generally imply a block. Block Contacts is separate from known-user reports and should be used only to manage your private Search-avoidance preferences.

Do not misuse reports, harass someone after being blocked or unmatched, retaliate against someone for using safety tools, or evade blocks, reports, unmatches, suspensions, or bans through another account or channel.

13. Off-platform behavior

We may take action on off-platform behavior when it affects Kiwi Kiwi member safety, staff safety, fraud, exploitation, harassment, threats, violence, illegal activity, or the integrity of the service.

14. Enforcement

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remove or decline content.
  • Limit profile visibility.
  • Restrict tokens, matching, messaging, purchases, verification, or account features.
  • Warn you.
  • Suspend or ban your account.
  • Preserve or review safety evidence.
  • Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or safety organizations.
  • Take other action allowed by our Terms and law.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support. We may offer appeal, review, or support options when required by law or when we determine review is appropriate.

15. Safety first

Guidelines cannot cover every situation. Use good judgment. If something feels unsafe, pause, block, report, leave, or seek help. Read the Safety Center for practical tips.
