Kiwi Kiwi Community Guidelines

Kiwi Kiwi is for adults using a dating service honestly and respectfully. These Guidelines apply to profiles, photos, messages, tokens, reports, support interactions, purchases, and other service use. They supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18. Do not create or operate an account for a minor or use Kiwi Kiwi to contact, exploit, sexualize, groom, or solicit minors.

Child sexual abuse material and child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM/CSAE), grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, requests for underage content, and attempts to move minors off-platform for exploitation are prohibited. We handle legally required removal, reporting to NCMEC or other competent authorities, and preservation obligations separately from ordinary discretionary moderation. Do not download, forward, or email suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report; identify where it appears through the report tools or support.

2. Represent yourself honestly

Do not impersonate someone, use another person’s photos without permission, operate a fake/shared/ban-evasion account, or materially misrepresent age, identity, intentions, relationship status, location, or other profile information to deceive members. Do not use the service for scams, catfishing, extortion, or social engineering.

A person currently required to register as a sex offender is ineligible under our Terms. That rule is not a representation that every member has been checked. KIWI KIWI DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. Photo Verification and phone verification are not background, legal-identity, or safety guarantees.

Do not pressure anyone to respond, match, meet, provide money or contact details, send intimate content, leave the app, or engage in sexual activity. Do not use threats, manipulation, persistent unwanted contact, or retaliation. Respect rejection, silence, an unmatch, a block, and a withdrawal of consent.

A match is not consent to sexual messages, images, or contact. Do not distribute another person’s intimate content without that person’s consent to the distribution. Consent to create an image or send it privately is not permission to republish it. This includes realistic digitally created or altered intimate depictions.

4. Public profile content

Public profile content must be appropriate for a non-explicit adult dating profile. Do not post:

Explicit nudity, explicit sexual activity, or images of sex toys. More revealing or suggestive photos may be allowed when they remain non-explicit and otherwise follow these Guidelines.
Nonconsensual intimate imagery, exploitative or sexualized depictions of minors, threats, hate symbols, or graphic violence.
Another person’s private information without the necessary permission.
Advertising, payment links, commercial solicitations, or other content that turns the profile into a commercial listing.

Photos should represent your dating profile honestly. Not every photo must show a face; optional Photo Verification has its own clear-photo and badge rules. A technical upload passing moderation does not establish that its content is lawful or permitted.

5. Private matched conversations

Private conversations between matched adults may be more personal, including lawful, consensual intimate or sexual discussion and content. They remain subject to these Guidelines, applicable law, and the service’s content controls. Privacy is not permission to harass, exploit, distribute nonconsensual imagery, or involve minors.

We may review or moderate content when reported or identified by safety systems. We do not promise that every private message is manually reviewed, that all prohibited content will be detected, or that passing an automated check establishes age, consent, or legality.

6. Harassment, discrimination, and violence

Do not bully, stalk, threaten, dox, or intentionally humiliate others. Hateful or dehumanizing conduct based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected or personal characteristics is prohibited. Do not promote violent extremism, terrorist activity, violence, self-harm, or exploitation.

Graphic violence or gore is prohibited throughout Kiwi Kiwi, including private matched conversations, unless clearly necessary for a safety report.

Do not expose or threaten to expose another person’s orientation, gender identity, health information, private life, or location. Do not retaliate against a member for using a safety or privacy control.

7. Scams, money requests, and commercial use

Kiwi Kiwi is not a marketplace or investment platform. Do not solicit money, gifts, loans, investments, cryptocurrency, payment transfers, account credentials, emergency funds, or travel funds. Do not promote paid companionship, compensated dating, escorting, adult-content sales, or external subscriptions.

Do not use profiles, messages, tokens, or reports for unauthorized advertising, recruiting, research solicitation, or sales. Illegal or restricted goods and services, fraud services, stolen property, and other unlawful transactions are prohibited.

8. Privacy and platform integrity

Do not unlawfully disclose private contact, financial, health, identity, family, or location information. Do not scrape, harvest, surveil, impersonate, or probe whether someone has an account. Block Contacts is a private Search-avoidance tool, not an account-existence search.

Do not bypass access controls, moderation, rate limits, payment rules, or enforcement. Do not use unauthorized bots, bulk accounts, or automation. Do not use member content for unauthorized AI/model development or training. Permission from Kiwi Kiwi alone does not override a member’s rights or independently required consent.

9. Ordinary reports and safety controls

Use the in-app Report action to identify suspected violations, or contact support@kiwikiwi.dating. Be specific and truthful. Do not submit knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports. An incorrect good-faith concern is not automatically a malicious report.

Reports are inputs to safety and moderation, not proof that an allegation is true. Subject to applicable law and platform requirements, an ordinary report does not guarantee an investigation, human review, a specific response time, a ban, compensation, or another particular outcome. We may use AI, automation, service providers, human review, or combinations of them and prioritize by risk. Mandatory takedown, reporting, preservation, and privacy processes are not excused by this discretion.

Known-user reporting generally also blocks that account. Blocking and unmatching control your interactions; they do not create a right to overturn another member’s decision not to interact. Block Contacts is a separate Search-only feature.

10. Request removal of nonconsensual intimate imagery

If an intimate image or video of you was shared on Kiwi Kiwi without your consent, you or your authorized representative may request its removal. This includes qualifying digitally altered or AI-generated depictions. You do not need a Kiwi Kiwi account.

Send the request to support@kiwikiwi.dating. You may also report the content in the app and state that you are requesting nonconsensual intimate-image removal. Include, in writing:

Your physical or electronic signature, or that of your authorized representative.
A description and enough information to locate the depiction, such as the relevant profile, message, link, or other location information available to you.
A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the depiction was shared without your consent, with relevant information supporting that statement.
A way to contact you or your representative.

You may use the subject “Intimate image removal,” but exact wording is not required. Do not resend or publicly repost the imagery just to report it, and do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

For a valid removal request covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove the depiction as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt, and make reasonable efforts within that period to identify and remove known identical copies. Other applicable mandatory rights and duties also remain. This process is not subject to the ordinary-report no-outcome disclaimer above.

11. Enforcement and review

We may remove content; restrict profile visibility, matching, messaging, tokens, or purchasing; suspend or ban accounts; preserve lawful evidence; or make required reports. Temporary restriction of an account or content may be used while a concern is assessed, without treating it as a final finding or automatically triggering permanent-ban replacement credits. Relevant off-platform conduct may inform enforcement. A ban is not the same as erasing all account data.

You may use an available restricted-account appeal action or contact support about an enforcement decision. Submission does not guarantee an individual response, human review, reconsideration, reversal or account restoration, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Privacy-request appeals are described separately in Privacy Rights and Data Requests.

We may withhold details that would compromise another person’s privacy, safety, security, legal privilege, or enforcement, subject to applicable disclosure requirements. We do not ordinarily identify a reporter to the reported member. Applicable legal disclosures, including formal copyright notice/counter-notice procedures, may require relevant contact or notice information to be shared. The general confidentiality wording does not override those procedures.

12. Immediate danger and further help

Kiwi Kiwi is not an emergency-response service. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number for immediate danger. The Safety Center offers practical precautions, not a guarantee against harm. You may contact support without using a dating account, including when access has been restricted.
